best way to get to a beach in nassau?

dont want a tour, just a nice beach and maybe a bar. how do we do that?

My wife and I have done the "Blue Lagoon Island Deluxe Beach Break" excursion a couple of times. The lagoon was great, the dolphins were cool to see, even if we did not pay to get a show.
Very relaxing and fun for us, just pricey.
They take you from the dock by tender. Lunch was included for both of ours.
Not sure if that is what you seek.

Junkanoo's a cheap cab ride, crowded but free and has beach bars.
