whats the late night pizza situation like on anthem?

so were booked on anthem of the seas for next month and this might sound dumb but the thing im most excited for is the pizza after a long night. ive heard theres a spot thats open really late, like sorrentos or something. can anyone whos been on anthem recently give me the real details? like what time does it actually close? is it just plain cheese and pepperoni or do they ever have other stuff? more importantly, is it any good, or is it just sad drunk pizza? honestly even if its just okay, it sounds perfect for when were coming back from a party or whatever and need a snack. also, is there anywhere else that does late night food thats worth checking out? we’re pretty much down for anything that involves not going to bed hungry.
